RESUMO
Investigated functionally activation of human complement in vivo an model of high hypoxia (6-7,5 km) as without correction, so at the phone of medicine hydazepam and succinic acid. Discover that by analysis of the sensitive to complement components one can estimate effects of high hypoxia and her pharmacological correction.

Stress generally demonstrates the maximum stress of an organism at a specific moment, which is frequently important in evaluating the body's condition. The stress is generally accepted to be determined by the activity of adrenaline and the higher excitation of alpha- than beta-adrenoceptors. The present investigation has been undertaken to specify the relation of the above-mentioned structures with humoral immunological parameters.

The functional activity of the complement system was studied in vivo when altitude hypoxia (8 km) was stimulated both with and without the use of nootropil. The impact of hypoxia and the efficiency of its pharmacological correction may be estimated, by analyzing the time course of changes in complement components.

The effect of concentration of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide on the catalytic activity of laccase is studied for the enzymatic reaction of catechol oxidation and bioelectrocatalytic reaction of oxygen reduction under the conditions of direct electron transfer. Laccase-Nafion composite is elaborated ensuring the enzyme stability in a wide potential range and a content of organic solvents. Based on the STM measurements, the structure of composite layer is proposed. It is shown that the mechanism of oxygen reduction reaction by laccase in organo-aqueous mixtures is similar to that earlier proposed for aqueous solutions. A decrease in the electrocatalytic activity of laccase in the oxygen reduction correlates with a decrease in the laccase enzymatic activity in the substrate oxidation. However, a decrease in the laccase activity in the composite is observed at a higher content of organic solvent in the mixture. The mechanism of laccase inactivation by organic solvents is proposed.

Epinephrine given to non-inbred male albino rats in a pharmacological dose of 1 mg/kg was studied for effects on their serum complement. Following 5 min of its administration, the complement activity both of blood overall and individual parameters reduced by 0.4-0.7 log2 as compared with the baseline, 20 minutes after it significantly increased up to 0.5 log 2 as compared with the baseline titer, and returned to the baseline level 2 hours later. Following 24 hours of epinephrine administration, complement activity again increased, by reaching its peak on days 2 and 3 of the experiment and accounting for 1.5-2.0 log2 as compared with the baseline titer. The alpha-adrenoblocker tropaphen did not affect the epinephrine-induced suppression of complement activity 5 minutes after its use and enhanced the mediated effect of the complement activity growth-associated hormone on days 2 and 3 of the experiment. Blockade with the beta-adrenoreceptor inderal virtually failed to affect the complement-mediated action on epinephrine on days 2 and 3 of its use.

In experiments on rabbits single intravenous injections of clopheline (0.002 mg/kg) and droperidol (1 mg/kg) reduced coagulatory properties of the blood. Preliminary administration of the drugs excluded the development of sodium thiopental hypercoagulatory effect.

In alloxan-induced diabetes the content of riboflavin and FMN goes up in all of the subcellular fractions and that of FAD in the nuclear liver fraction alone. While administration of insulin to control animals reduces the riboflavin and FMN level in all of the subcellular fractions of the liver, in the diabetic animals such a decline is observed in the nuclei alone. Insulin brings down the FAD level in the nuclear liver fraction of both the control and test animals. An additional introduction of riboflavin depresses and that of FMN - raises the FAD content in diabetic animals as compared to controls.
